New House Pics
3/21/05-  The first digging begins.
4/11/05-  All of a sudden
there is a foundation!!
6/17/05- Walls in the basement.
7/18/05- After sitting in the rain for a
week, Daryl and Dad can finally start
putting the first floor on!
7/29/05- The first wall is up!
8/05/05- It's starting to
look like a house
8/18/05- Here's the front.  
They are starting to put the
second story floor on.
9/7/05- Finally, the second story walls!
Plans for the roof to go up on Monday.
9/15/05- So, Monday turned into
Thursday, but....
9/15/05- They got it DONE!!!!
This is the drive coming into the front
of the house.  3/05
9/7/05-  Same spot in the drive, only
now you can see the house!!!
9/17/05-  Progress is being made!!
9/26- Check it out!  A whole roof!!
9/29 -The rest of the roof is on and the
windows are cut out ( Michelle helped)!
9/29- YES!! Those are windows in
there!  Even more went in later.  Will
take more pics tomorrow.
10/6- There it is. Windows and a roof!
We're rollin' now.
10/13- Pink wrap. and we're ready for
brick.  The green roof should be going
up soon.
10/13- maybe we should just leave it
pink! You can certainly see it for miles!
11/14- Finally, no wind or rain. The
roof is going on!
11-22. The main roof is on.  Will do the
smaller part after the brick is on.
11/17 Here goes the brick!
11/22-  These guys are fast!
12/2-Finished and they are almost
finished with the side.
1/6-  There's the front and they have
moved to the last side!!
1/11- With the wind today they are
working on the front door, but with 60
degrees for tomorrow, they'll probably
get the last bit  finished!
1/26- brick is finished and they are
working on the stone on the fireplace
and the wing walls.
We used stone right off our farm for
the walls and are doing the same for
the chimney and downstairs fireplace.
3/22/05- We are the proud owners of a
large hole in the ground.
